In the last year, I have gotten this question asked : When will the Jobs come back and when will the Economy get back on its feet ?? I tell people that this is not only a normal business cycle it is actually quite healthy. You see every few years or so our Economy and particularly the Housing Market and Stock Market gets so hot and everyone gets so excited and joyful that we as a Country end up getting too far ahead of ourselves.
We end up giving Home Loans and Mortgages to people who really do not have any business owning a home. And we give piles of Money for people to invest in the Stock market to people that have NO business being in the Stock market. What we have is people living high on the Hog but the Money is NOT there to support this Lifestyle of Living high on the hog.
It is as simple as that.

So what do we do for those that are now paying the price , which incidentally is many people ?? Well, unfortunately the only thing to do quite honestly is wait this thing out and let things go as they may. That is pretty much it.
